Music Monday: New Cee Lo Green Video Stars Steve Urkel

We know a girl who went to school with Steve Urkel and she once told us that Urkel, whose real name is Jaleel White, hates it when people call him “Urkel.” Sure, and the bankroll you got from the lead role in the TV show Family Matters probably isn’t enough to wipe the tears away.

To be honest, we do feel bad for Urkel. It must suck to be a one-trick pony. And that’s really what he was. Or at least that’s what he was, until he got this new role playing Cee Lo Green in his new music video “Cry Baby.” Even with this new role, as a suave kid from the 50s, some are referring to this as White’s Stefan Urkel moment. If you recall, Stefan was Steve’s slick and suave side. He was the one all the ladies wanted to bang. Giving a new meaning to the catchphrase, “Did I do that?”

New Beastie Boys Video for ‘Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win’ [Video]

It’s been a long time coming, but the Beastie Boys have finally released a new music video. Said video is for the track “Don’t Play No Game That I Can’t Win,” and boy is it a doozy.

The video was directed by Spike Jonez and is, well, believe it or not 11 minutes in length. Go big or go home?

This is the second single off their new record “Hot Sauce Committee Part Two.” So, sit back and enjoy. And tell your wife and kids that they won’t be seeing you for a while. (Eleven minutes is a LONG time!)
