We’ve been on the fence about Kristen Stewart for some time now. It’s like that episode of ‘Seinfeld’ where Jerry dates a girl who looks super hot one day and quite underwhelming the next. But when she looks good, she’s damn fine.

The funny thing about this W Magazine shot is that in it she no longer has that adorable girl next door, dopey, yet sexy look. She’s now gone… Hollywood. Heroin chic, to a point. It’s different, and a little refreshing. What do you guys think of her new look? Too much?

Remeber Bar Rafaeli? How could you forget. Well she’s back and getting stripped down for an Agua Bendita shoot. This one is pretty good, but it’s also a little too cute for our taste. This is almost too perfect. We love that Brian Wilson, of the world champion San Francisco Giants, was himself when the Giants met with President Obama at the White House on Monday. It’s also good to see, however, that he didn’t wear his spandex tuxedo, which he made famous at this month’s ESPY awards.

While You Were On House Arrest: Lindsay Lohan ‘Vanity Fair’ Photoshoot [Photos]

Life is good, isn’t it?

If you’re a ‘star’ and on house arrest, you can still be glamorized and all dolled up for a Vanity Fair photoshoot, one which makes you look good while sounding like an idiot. Just ask Lindsay Lohan!

Details:

The photographs were taken at Lindsay’s home in Venice, California, when she was under 35 days of house arrest for stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewellery store back in January.

But, in the accompanying interview, Lindsay says she believes she was treated too harshly for her misdemeanours, and should never have been jailed for violating probation after her 2007 DUI conviction.

Asked what she thought of her sentence, Lindsay replied: ‘Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see a reason to stay there. I never hurt anyone but myself.’

Don’t be an idiot. Just because you drink and drive and make it home safely doesn’t mean you’re “all good.” Idiot. And when you steal jewelry you’re hurting the person who has to put food on the table by selling said jewelry. Idiot.

Apparently Gwyneth Paltrow has been living a healthy and wholesome lifestlye. OK, the healthy part we get. The wholesome part? Nope. And waking up at 4:30AM to exercise? No thanks.

For Ms. Paltrow, though, the lifestyle works, as it’s certainly showing hearty returns. For a 38-year-old mother of two, she looks better now than she ever has. Still, we’re not getting up at 4:30AM. Sorry.

She credits eating “clean food,” which means… well, we have no idea. It’s all about results, though. So if eating “clean foods” makes her look like a 26-year-old model, please, continue to eat away.

Testing The Limits Of The Law: Going Topless In NYC [Photos]

Whoa boy! It seems as more and more people are looking to exploit the legality of walking around topless in New York. Hey, we’ll go on record and say that we’re pretty OK with this. But, we get why people are outraged by public boobs. Will someone think of the children!?

This week a writer for the website The Gloss took to walking around Central Park topless. This, we imagine, in response to the topless woman who was ticketed a few weeks ago for walking around New York City despite the legality of it. A trend, maybe? Hopefully.

We have no right to take the moral high ground here, especially considering that we have no beef with a woman walking around with her boobs hanging out. But, again, we understand how some people would perceive this as being… wrong?
