We typically don’t fight over women in the F-Listed offices, but in this instance we’re having quite the battle. Personally, I am one of the biggest Alyssa Miller fans on the planet. I once had a chance to interview her as a “rookie” for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue and, damn, it was love at first everything! So, I’m on team Miller here, even though I will recognize how hot Eva La Rue is. Others, however, swear that La Rue is the hotter of the two. I think it’s a close call, but I just can’t seem to stray.

Reality star Heidi Montag recently told People that she is absolutely obsessed with going under the knife for a little nip and tuck action. Heidi’s latest foray into plastic surgery: a 10-hour long marathon of pulling, stuffing and plumping. The female half of Speidi had several procedures including an alteration to her previous nose job, bigger breast implants (her size, you ask, is currently a DDD) as well as booty implants. Heidi says that she first went the plastic surgery route because she felt insecure with her looks when she moved to LA. She opted to get surgery again to help her fledgling singing career.

“I’m competing against the Britney Spearses of the world — and when she was in her prime, it was her sex appeal that sold. Obviously, looks matter; it’s a superficial industry.”

Will the world ever get tired of Megan Fox? They probably will, if they haven’t already. But regardless of whether the actress has any staying power aside from being just a pretty face (I’m voting long-shot on any Oscar-worthy performances in her future), Megan still knows how to look amazing. Shot by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, the photos show Megan in all her half-naked splendor, sans her tats (they were digitally removed). The actress looks surprisingly natural and much less raunchy than usual in the shots and shows off every one of her voluptuous curves. Megan is definitely holding her own as Armani’s underwear spokeswoman, but how does she measure up to former ad eye candy Victoria Beckham? You be the judge.

The internet can be a scary place for celebrities.  Sure, most celebrity blogs won’t hire paparazzi to run your car off the road, but internet gossip is a lot bigger and meaner than olden-days gossip.  It’s a giant wormhole that sucks actors, singers, and unsuspecting reality TV tools down, and only recently have the celebrities begun to throw themselves in willingly.

In these economically bummersome times, thrifty spenders are looking for innovative new ways to drink their cheap beer even more cheaply.  MillerCoors LLC, maker of, uh, Miller and Coors, has just released the new Home Draft package, which is a 1.5 gallon box of beer that fits in your fridge.  It has a tap on it, keeps beer fresh and draft-y tasting for up to 30 days, and comes in two flavors, Miller Light and Coors Light.

This in the wake of other industrial strength beer dispensers for the mass consumption nights, the Heineken mini-keg being the most prominent.  Which of these gives you the best beering experience for your buck?  Rundown, after the jump.  

Miller Lite and Coors Lite Home Draft

Cost: $20

Pros: Keeps beer fresh for 30 days.  Fits in fridge.  Has a real tap on it, making your home into a bar that won’t throw you out for smashing the jukebox with a pool cue (I know, I know – Journey sucks).

Cons:  ”The price per ounce is roughly 15% higher than for an 18-pack of the same beer, MillerCoors said… The product, which is recyclable, is aimed at the 30% of beer drinkers who say they prefer draft beer to the bottled or canned variety.”  Problem: guess what kinds of beer the draft 30% aren’t drinking.  Answer: Coors Lite and Miller Lite.

Heineken Mini-Keg

Cost: About $18

Pros: You can pretend to crush it on your head for a fun Facebook photo-op.  Similar in price-to-volume to the Home Draft (the 5L mini-keg is about 1.3 gallons for $18 vs. 1.5 gallons for $20), and Heineken is classier than Miller Lite.

Cons: It is also grosser.  It was originally claimed that these could stay fresh for 30 days, but that’s just not true.

Newcastle DraughtKeg

Cost: $23

Pros: Newcastle sh*ts circles around Heineken and the American dishwater lite beers, in terms of taste and quality.

Cons: Slightly more expensive for now, but once it has been on the market for a bit, the price should drop.

Coors Cold-Activated Widemouth Can

Cost: Maybe like $1.50 for a tall boy.

Pros: “Coors Light, on the other hand, continues to post sales gains. Analysts attribute its long-running success in part to innovations in packaging, such as “cold-activated bottles,” whose labels turn blue when the beer inside cools to a certain temperature.”

Cons: I know this isn’t a “jumbo-sized” container, but I need to get this off my chest.  The cold-activated gimmick is the stupidest thing in alcohol since F. Scott Fitzgerald drank himself to death.  The mountains turn blue to show when your beer is cold.  I thought that just touching the f*cking can did the trick, but I guess my fingers aren’t as “cold-activated” as the complicated series of meters embedded in the can.  All that this cold-activated junk does is tell you when the beer you’re drinking has become warm.  It just reminds you that the delicious frosty beer you took out of the fridge ten minutes ago is no longer cold-approved, thus ensuring that you do not enjoy that last third of the can.

St. Ides High Gravity Malt Liquor 40 oz.

Cost: $1.79 and not a lick more.

Pros: 8% alcohol by volume.  40 oz.  The Saint knows his way to heaven.

Cons: Stains your wifebeater.
