Rihanna channeled her inner ’80s Barbie and wore this colorful disaster during her performance n NBC’s Today Show in New York City earlier today.

The worst part is that dress probably costs over $500.  I could have picked that kitschy crap up at at the Good Will for $9.95.

OH NO! Hayden Panettiere chopped off her hair!!

This saddens me.  Studies have shown that ratings for network television shows drop substantially when the female lead cuts her hair.  It’s happened to shows such as the WB’s Felicity, when Keri Russell cut her locks, and even to Sex and The City when Sarah Jessica Parker cut hers too.

What are your thoughts on her new ‘do?  Yay or Nay?  Do you think it will affect her show?
