Chris Klein Gets Busted For DUI, Again

Getting plastered and swerving around on the Hollywood Freeway is probably not to best way to spend your Wednesday morning. But that’s exactly what former-American Pie star Chris Klein decided to do. When highway patrol pulled Chris over, they breathalyzed him and he failed…miserably. Miserably as in this kid was three times over the legal limit. Good job buddy!

This isn’t the first time Chris has found himself failing breathalyzers. Back in 2005, the actor was arrested for DUI in California after registering a .20. California’s threshold: .08. Chris definitely lives by the mantra of go hard or go home. And while we can respect his drinking prowess, he might want to lay off the booze for a little while, at least until he can get enough work to afford a chauffeur to haul his drunk ass around.
