I Guess We Won't Be Seeing Transformers Now

Megan Fox learned the hard way that criticizing a huge director like Michael Bay and comparing him to Hitler probably isn’t the best career move. In a surprising move, Megan has been dropped from the third installment in the Transformers series. Guess there’s no reason for us to check out that movie now. More details after the jump.

Megan and Michael never really got along. After last year’s release of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, the two exchanged jabs at each other, with Megan comparing her director to Hitler, while Michael said she “still has a lot of growing up to do.” But the two had apparently set aside their differences and were prepared to join forces yet again, but sources says that Megan was given the axe because providing Shia Labeouf‘s character with a new love interest made more sense within the film. That sounds like a pretty convenient excuse to me. Though sources insist that the Megan/Michael feud had nothing to do with the switch, it seems nuts to give Megan the boot for plot continuity reason. Don’t think for one minute that Shia is enough to get hot-blooded American men to the theaters.

  1. Danny says:

Let’s see…there are probably anywhere between 1,000 and 50,000 hot up-and-coming actresses they can find who would pay Michael Bay to be in the movie. As terrible as the last one was it still made a gajillion dollars…oh, who to get to replace Megan Fox???
