Lindsay Lohan Is Probably Going To Jail

After getting busted for DUI, falled starlet Lindsay Lohan has not fulfilled the terms of her probation and it looks like she’ll be heading off to jail. Judge Marsha Revel was explicit about Lindsay receiving some sort of substance abuse-related and had ordered her to attend a substance education class every seven days. She was only able to wiggle out of the requirement if she was doing inpatient rehab. Clearly, Lindsay hasn’t done either. That’s not to say that she’s completely blown off her alcohol classes. No, instead she usually would wait until the 21st day of not attending to show up — they kick you out if you’re out more than 21 consecutive days. I don’t think this is going to sit too well with Judge Marsha. But Lindsay’s legal team is already bracing for any complaints that Lindsay hasn’t fulfilled her end of the arrangement:

“We have received no negative written report from the program and contend Ms. Lohan is therefore in compliance.”

Yeah, I’m sure Judge Marsha is totally going to be cool with Lindsay hitting the bottle and partying all over LA instead of swinging by abuse classes. Good luck defending that hot mess guys.
