Kid Cudi Pulls Out of Lady Gaga's Tour After Punching a Fan

After losing one tour buddy after an unfortunate incident with Taylor Swift at the VMA’s (cough, Kanye West, cough), Lady Gaga is now going to be Kid Cudi-less for the remainder of her Monster Ball tour after the hip-hop star punched out a fan. The altercation occurred less than a week ago during one of Kid Cudi’s solo performances in Vancouver. After a fan tossed his wallet at Cudi, the rapper threw it back, only for the wrong person to catch it. Rather than keeping to wallet, this good Samaritan chucked it back at Cudi. Wrong move son! Kid Cudi, then leaped off the stage and pummeled the unlucky concertgoer.

An official statement on Cudi’s website said that he was taking:

“an early leave of absence from Lady Gaga’s Monster Ball tour, in order to balance his schedule surrounding the recording of his next album and acting commitments.”

Sure, personal pursuits, of course that’s why you hopped off one of the most anticipated tours of the year. Don’t worry, we believe you.
