How about today is… Rare Embarrassing Medical Condition Friday! In honor of Lauren Williams, 28, who recently underwent vagina surgery to remove her second vagina. They’re not like kidneys or lungs, I guess, for which the experience is enhanced by having duplicates. Two vaginas, as Lauren Williams can tell you all too well, is one vagina… too many.
In her early twenties, Lauren could never have guessed the reason why she found some sexual positions uncomfortable.
“I just presumed I must have a short vagina.” It was only when she went for a smear test at 24 that she was alerted to the fact that she could have a medical problem…
The doctors were surprised and excited in the way only gynecologists who love their jobs a little too much can be:
“He seemed quite excited and said that they’d got the prognosis wrong. I didn’t have a bicornuate uterus after all. I actually had two of everything. Two uteruses, two cervixes and two vaginas. I was shocked. I’d never noticed that I had two vaginas and none of my previous boyfriends had either. Even the doctor said he’d never seen anything like it before.”
The surgeon removed the barrier between her two vaginas, leaving her with one big one.
Their words, not mine! But Lauren Williams privately wondered: was the cure worse than the disease?
“I was worried that I’d been left with a huge vagina, but I felt uncomfortable about bringing it up with the doctors.”
A happy ending though: Lauren Williams has found peace with her huge vagina and only wants a man who is willing to accept her as she is, huge vagina and all.

I too had two vaginas and did not find out about until I have a threesome with my husband and one of his friends. My husband was inside of my 1st vagina and then his friend was behind me. Hey Ben, amusing take on my story!! Okay, so the Doctors didn’t actually turn around and say I had a huge vagina! Although, as I said, it was a concern any girl would have, in fact my vagina is a perfectly normal size now, no spinning of hips needed to touch the sides, no doubt previous boyfriends were just happy that it felt like having a virgin each time…. but the new one is no doubt happier that i’m embracing going on top…….. accepting me inside and out
