Some People Probably Shouldn't Be Driving

You know how sometimes you’re driving and then you get a call from Ted and he’s all “You are so not going to believe who I ran into at Sizzler” and then Mom texts you on your other cell phone to remind you not to look directly at the sun during the eclipse later in the day and the next thing you know, you’ve plowed your tow truck into a car and a house and a swimming pool?  Such a pain!

This exact thing happened to a guy in Buffalo, NY, the other day…  

Police say a western New York tow truck driver was texting on one cell phone while talking on another when he slammed into a car and crashed into a swimming pool.

Niagara County sheriff’s deputies say 25-year-old Nicholas Sparks of Burt admitted he was texting and talking when his flatbed truck hit the car Wednesday morning in Lockport, which is outside Buffalo.

The truck then crashed through a fence and sideswiped a house before rolling into an in-ground pool.

Two people in the other car were minorly injured.  And the guy was like, hey at least I wasn’t hammered this time.  Also: hilarious that he was in the act of towing someone else.
