Memo From Gary Busey: “Bird Season’s Over, BUTT-HORN!”

In 1988, man-tickling alien mystic lolcoholic Gary Busey starred as Officer Frank McBain, a tough cop who is America’s only hope in retrieving a super-tricked-out tank stolen by Mexicans in the movie Bulletproof.  In 2009, that movie was rereleased in a special 3-minute “YouTube cut.”
