Drink This: Coke Vio, The Carbonated Coca-Cola Milk Product
Here’s the ingredient list for the new Coke Vio, which is still an experimental product:
The drink contains skimmed milk mixed with sparking water, flavoured with fruit and sweetened with cane sugar.
Delicious! It’s like my heart’s telling me no, but my body’s telling me no, also! It is supposed to taste “like a birthday party for a polar bear,” according to one spin guy. Some actual consumer reviews are in, however…
In reality, it’s more like birthday sex with a polar bear:
The drink turns out to be “almost overwhelming” in its sweetness “by the time you are halfway through”.
And:
The citrus burst “is somewhat of a letdown compared with the eye candy that they’ve created with the branding”.
But also:
“It’s big on milk flavour and, as a result, has a somewhat creamy body. It didn’t seem sweet until you consumed almost a whole bottle.”
It also does not need to be chilled and comes in “peach mango, berry, citrus and tropical colada.” The kids will love to put their vodka in it!

MediaCurves.com just conducted a study with 30 male viewers of a recent CNN video discussing the new Coke Vio beverage line. Results showed that 56% of viewers would consider purchasing Vio if it was available to consumers. The study also found that 66% of viewers do not think this beverage will be successful among consumers.
