Video: 72-Year-Old Astronaut Buzz Aldrin Punches Moon Landing Denier in the Face

Yesterday, as you no doubt heard, was the 40th anniversary of the first moon landing in 1969 (this feat brought to you by America).  Of course, there are plenty of people who believe that the moon landing was a hoax, smoke and mirrors, a government conspiracy like 9/11, the AIDS epidemic, and the existence of “China.”*  Buzz Aldrin, who was actually on the moon for awhile there – he was the second guy – was confronted by one of these doubters in 2002.

“You’re a coward and a liar and a thief!” shouts the whiny-voiced man, a filmmaker who had a history of stalking astronauts.  The 72-year-old Buzz Aldrin answers him in a way befitting a man who rode a giant explosive into f*cking space…  

Quickly, and to the jaw.  The guy tried to sue afterward – no dice.
