Don't Get This: The Demistache Lady-Moustache

look, i don't wax my zone, so why you gotta do this?

Confession: this showed up in my GMail inbox header, you know, where Google places the ads you might be interest in based on your emailing predilections.  Granted, it was for my FListed GMail, but still, Google, why do you think I want a necklace with a fake mustache charm on the end?

From “Got Milk” ads to classic Hollywood Hunks, the mustache is a must-have accessory for saucy style. LA-based fine jewelry designer Rachael White has taken this trend to a new level of luxury with the launch of Demistache, a chic yet cheeky jewelry collection that pays “homme-age” to facial fashion with an ultra-feminine twist.

Lindsay Lohan?  Loves to rock her ‘stache.  And Isla Fisher?  Liked it so much she grew her own.  Pictures of woman celebrities wearing this @ss-terrible product, other side of the jump!

You know how women don’t like it when you grow a bristly, dirty, chimney-sweep mustache?  WE DON’T LIKE IT WHEN YOU HAVE ONE EITHER.

  1. The Demistache says:

I found this site while searching twitter and Demistache and am totally offended. Job well done. For your information only :

Demitasse Jewelry’s, Original Demistache® collection of moustache-inspired jewelry, announces its second year of support for Movember.

Movember is a global campaign that encourages men to grow moustaches during the month of November to raise awareness and funds for MEN’S HEALTH ISSUES, specifically prostate and testicular cancers.

“The collection is an symbol of might and we are proud that we can utilize our moustache designs to help Movember raise much needed awareness and funds for the cancers that affect men,” says Demitasse designer, Rachael White. “Demistache designs are a way for both men and women to help show their support for this campaign. While some men spend the month of November growing out their awesome 70’s moustaches, the rest of us can wear the Demistache to show our support.”

So maybe you can think to revise your machismo arrogant display and turn it into a positive. Or not.

    Thanks.
