Actress Scarlett Johansson looked as beautiful as ever at ELLE Magazine’s 14th Annual Women In Hollywood in Beverly Hills yesterday. I am slightly bothered that she didn’t show more cleavage.

With so many women paying to get their breast augmented, what’s the point having big juggs if you’re not going to show them off? Modesty is highly overrated.
