Miley Cyrus' Boyfriend Might Be Retarded

I’m not exactly the best judge of character.  I once got drunk and spent the afternoon sitting outside with a homeless guy talking about God knows what because I was just that drunk and bored.  However, I can spot a moron a mile a way and I am pretty sure that Miley Cyrus‘ model boytoy, Justin Gaston, might not be working with a full deck of cards.  During a recent interview he said some pretty less than brilliant things like his response to who he’d want to trade places with:

One of those little lapdogs that gets petted all day,” he says. “You know, they wake up, get fed, get attention. I like attention. I’d like to be one of those little dogs. Is that weird?
