RunPee.com Tells You When to Pee During Movies

runpee.com movie pee break 1

It’s a bad feeling when you’re at the movies and suddenly your Sierra Mist and oat bran taco dinner catches up with you but you can’t do anything about it because if you leave for the bathroom, you’d miss the really important race when Vin Diesel puts the pink slip to his Toyota on the line against the Korean mafia racecar drivers.

And just like that, you find yourself having to explain the wetlands in your lap to your date with an excuse about how you had a lot of trouble at the water fountain before the movie started.

No longer: enter RunPee.com, the website that tells you when it’s ok to leave the movie and pee.  How does it work?

Every movie has boring parts, even John Travolta movies.  RunPee identifies them, tells you when to go, and then summarizes what you missed (a neat feature: the summary is initially scrambled so that you won’t accidentally spoil that part for yourself if it was a false alarm).  For instance, if you’re watching Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, you have three minutes here:

RunPee approximately 46 minutes into the movie when… Right after the sorting hat scene, Dumbledorf [clearly someone didn't read the book] says, “Let the feast begin.”

Or, say you’re hitting up Hannah Montana: The Movie.

Go home right after the previews and pee for as long as you please in the comfort of your own home.

A young website, but sassy already!

Obviously a mobile version is on the way.
