Kiefer Sutherland Out Of Trouble?

A few weeks ago at the Met Costume Institute Gala Kiefer Sutherland went to crazy drunk town with Brooke Shields and subsequently ended up headbutting some fashion designer in the face to, at the time, to defend Brooke Shield’s honor.

Today, it turns out that Kiefer went to see the victim, Prozena Schouler designer Jack McCollough, and apologized for going to Jack Bauer-land while at the Met Costume Institute Gala and headbutting said dude in the face.  And you know what, it worked.  Word on the street is that an apology (and probably Keifer’s total awesomeness) made Jack decide not to testify against him.  I guess by apology they mean torture devices, but Jack looks like the kind of dude that gets off on super kinky stuff and he creamed his pants once Kiefer unleashed on him and decided to have a crush on Kiefer instead of put him in jail.  This sounds remarkably the plot of a teen movie.  Well, if in the end the Bully and the victim made out and one of them was Jack Bauer.
