Recession Proof! Montana Man Faces Judge For Missing Jury Duty!

In this economy, the last thing you need is to have to take time off from work in order to serve as a juror, especially when every cent you make counts.  A Montana man felt just like this and decided to use it as his reasoning for being unable to serve as a juror.  Too bad the 36-year-old Erik Slye was unaware of things like tact or possibly pissing off a judge.
