She was his best friend and soetimes the only one he had to talk too. He has even said she was always there for him. It's not sick. My husband got me a kitten the day we got married. She was just like our child to us. She was my baby - always by my side no matter what. She recently passed away at the beautiful age of 18 years old. We both miss her terribly. She meant that much. She was here, as our children grew up and they loved and miss her too. Sometimes you just are lucky enough to get a gift that brings joy to everyone. Maybe that's how Mickey feels - to him his dog was a person - his only child. It is wrong to make fun of someones lose. The man truly loved his dog.
