Douchebags Of The Day: The Men Of The Shoemaker Family

Meet Maryland resident Michael E. Shoemaker.  Now pretend he’s your father.  Now pretend he came into your house with your brother and stole your dog.  Now pretend you called the cops to get things sorted out but then your grandfather came home and lost his mind on top of that.

Michael E. Shoemaker went into his son’s house and with the help of his juvenile son, took the dog of his other son.  After the police were called the juvenile brother was arrested and charged with burglary and theft.  While speaking with police Michael E. Shoemaker said that he would return to the home and burn it down.  He was consequently charged with threat of arson on top of burglary and theft.

While this was going down Shoemaker’s father, sixty-six year old Robert S. Shoemaker returned home and lost his mind.  Troopers then had to arrest him for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Anyways, congratulations men of the Shoemaker family, collectively you are the Douchebags of the Day.

I mean, if your entire family gets arrested in one day you  might want to give your life a once over.  And while I’m at it, just let me say that everything I know about Maryland is from The Wire and that dude in the picture looks nothing like McNulty or Stringer Bell so I am very disappointed.  If I’d have had to guess I’d say Michael E. Shoemaker was from West Virginia or something, but never Maryland.
