Douchebag of the Day: Every Idiot Who Defended Chris Brown; Rihanna's Battered Photo Says It All
According to TMZ, this graphic, and very sad, photograph of a bruised Rihanna was taken after Chris Brown assaulted the “Umbrella” singer before the Grammy’s a few weeks ago.
Following the photograph’s release, the Los Angeles Police Department issued a statement saying they were outraged and disappointed by an unknown member of their staff leaking the photo to the media. Here’s an excerpt of thstatement saying:
“The Los Angeles Police Department takes seriously its duty to maintain the confidentiality of victims of domestic violence.
The Department launched an immediate internal investigation and subsequently filed a personnel complaint. A violation of this type is considered serious misconduct, with penalties up to and including termination.”
Today’s Douchebag of the Day goes out to all you retards who were offended by everyone’s growing hatred for singer Chris Brown. It amazes me how many of you wrote comments saying the media was blowing the altercation of of proportion, or that she deserved it for allegedly giving him herpes, and for “pushing him to the edge.”
I don’t know how you were raised, but where I come from my parents told me that no man (or woman) is to EVER lay a hand on me. It doesn’t matter if your girlfriend is the biggest slut in the world and cheats on you left and right, a REAL man would simply hold his head up high and walk away from the situation.
It’s a shame to see both men and women defend a young man that none of them know personally, because they like his music or whatever. Trust me, I love Scott Weiland from Stone Temple Pilots, but he’s scum for being a wife-beater, as well.
There is no justification for such actions, and I am saddened to see that a member of the LAPD decided to take this opportunity to make some quick cash. I’m really hoping that person contributed 100 percent of the proceeds to a anti-domestic violence organization. Otherwise, watch out, asshole– karma’s a b!tch!

Forget jail time, forget a public apology, I say the best way for him to show his regret is by voluntarily agreeing to get a dose of his own medicine — a 12 round fight with a pro boxer/ufc fighter. This behavior is inexcusable and in no way justifiable. No one has to wait for the whole story to come out because the story is written on her face; btw, this photo IS from the actual incident. I still say that we dont know what happened…its just as wrong to defend him when we dont know him as it is to condemn him if we dont know him, whether u like his music or not. I never really was a huge fan of Chris Browns, but unless youve seen situations like this go bad, its kinda hard to understand. But I still say that he didnt decide to just beat her up for no reason, I think they got into a fight that escalated when she began to hit him first and he just lost his temper. It isnt ok but its a lesson learned…There are alot of females out there that think they can just hit men and that its ok because men arent supposed to hit back so they can get away with it. I have girl friends like that and I always tell them, one day hes gonna hit you back!!Were only human, couples get into fights everyday…so if she started the fight I dont feel bad for her cause youre not supposed to it anyone, female of male…but if he did just attack her without her hitting him first then…he should go to jail and be prosecuted…I just really doubt he beat her up without her provoking it first.
