Your Daily Fug! Octuplet Mom Reminds Me Why I Never Want to Have Babies

Ladies, raise your hand if you still want to get pregnant and have a child. That’s what I thought.

In the past I’ve gotten a lot of flak from people when I’ve expressed my disinterest in pregnancy. Every time I see a pregnant chick I can’t help but think of that scene from early ’90s Sci-Fi flick, “Fire in the Sky,” where the dude wakes up in some gross-ass pod after being kidnapped by aliens.

I told that to my stepmom once and we nearly got into a fight over it. “Pero, Melysa, como tu puedes decir eso? How could you say that? Pregnancy is a beautiful thing, blah blah blah.” Yeah, I know it is. And I’m sure one day I’ll probably have kids, but that doesn’t change the fact that you have a person growing inside you, your body changing shapes and getting all kinds of stretch marks and whatnot. 

And after seeing these photos TMZ posted of the Octuplet Mom, Nadya Suleman, taken eight days before giving birth to her eight kids, all I can say is that if I can’t have kids naturally, my Rican ass is going abroad to Asia. No in-vitro for this lady. Thanks, but no thanks.
