WTF?! Man Arrested For "Performing Sex Act" In Dumpster

What is the matter with people?!

Steven Marcsis, 39, was arrested Oct. 11, after police reportedly found him performing a sex act inside a trash bin at Dr. Jones Elementary School, 3300 Chicory Road. An officer driving through the school lot saw the bin’s lid close and decided to investigate. Police had been paying special attention to schools after a rash of computer thefts from Racine Unified buildings.

After his arrest, Marcsis reportedly admitted that he had inappropriate images of children. While searching his room in his mother’s Mount Pleasant house, officers say they found a list of about 500 names, addresses and dates of birth that appear to match up with girls involved in youth sports over the past 30 years.

Competency evaluations assess whether a person is able to proceed with the court process. They are often ordered for people who have received treatment for mental health issues in the past or when an attorney believes there may be mental health issues that should be taken into consideration by the court.

No additional information was given in court Monday about why the competency evaluation was requested for Marcsis. He is still in custody in the Racine County Jail. He is due in court March 13.

I really don’t understand what’s wrong with people. It’s not even the fact that it’s a dumpster that I find so appalling, but instead the idea that someone wouldn’t want to pleasure themselves in the comfort of their own home. Playing with one’s self while no one’s home is one of the best things life has to offer. In the words of Chris Rock: “Scream if you want to. No one’s gonna hear.” Am I right, or am I right?
