Hopefully our government doesn&#039;t just make &#039;medicinal use&#039; legal, but they also de-criminalize recreational use.

This would mean that using pot would be a fine under $1000, typically.

This is the case in Denver, CO. Where you may possess up to 1 oz. (I didn&#039;t fact check this, so let me know) of pot without criminal charges.

If 12 states have adopted lighter pot laws recently, I think that the states, not this administration will turn the tide on this ill-fated &quot;War on Weed&quot;.</description>
