It has absolutely no legal justification. The comments are purely opinion and, quite frankly, almost certainly an accurate one. Calling a 36 year old model "an ageing skank" is like calling somebody "a lying politician" or "a sleazy lawyer". And yet she won. My the only possible explanation is that she must have blown the judge. This lawsuit should have been thrown out before it even started. It has absolutely no legal justification.
