Yeah, my father and I both have an olive complexion with super dark brown hair and a naturally athletic build. Meanwhile, my mom (whose mom I'm convinced has some Asian in her) isn't even 5" tall and is super tiny and more of a white-yellow complexion. It's funny, if I had money like these celebs I wouldn't be spending it on hundred dollar purses and frivolous items, but things like that DNA test are completely awesome. I'd also buy that $200 can of oysters that was on an episode of Anthony Bourdain. I can't even begin to imagine what $200 canned oysters taste like, but I'd love to find out!

What's your heritage?

XOXO

Justene.............. where are you!!!

p/eople, as well as relatives in my own family, can deny it all they want but you're righ;t the similarities are there. Puerto Ricans as well as Filipino's both share a strong Spanish influence/heritage as well as east Asian ancestry (although it's more distant for one group). Btw, the conquering Moors were mostly Arabic. That's why in Spain and especially in Italy, the people in the southern regions tend to have a more olive complexion and darker/black hair. It's the honest truth about the past and how we evolved; the blending and mixing of cultures, ideas, and yes DNA.
