She has lost alot of weight even in her face. I do think the fact she has lost a lot of weight but has not lost any in her butt and boobs is a dead give away that her boobs and especially her butt are fake. If Kim's butt were real then she obviously carries alot of her weight in her butt. However with all the weight she has lost her butt is still the same size. That is impossible UNLESS it is fake. Her boobs are the same too. Here are links that show Kim before getting her butt. Kim had somewhat of a butt that was much more proportionate to her frame then she had surgery and in my opinion went overboard cause it's not proportionate to her frame.
