Actress Rumer Willis debuted a new tattoo at the D&G flagship boutique opening on Robertson Blvd. in Beverly Hills over the weekend. Wearing a navy and white dress with a plunging neckline that showed off the words ”be present” along the side of her torso, audiences were also able to catch sight of a little sideboob action thanks to her considerate dress.

Sadly, her boobs were no match for her new red ‘do, which the 20-year-old was unable to pull off successfully. I have to hand it to Rumer, she certainly has tried her best to distract us from nature’s cruel joke.  She’s cut her hair super short and dyed it blonde, tried her hand at wearing extension, and now this short red ‘do.

It must be hard being the daughter of two of Hollywood’s hottest sex icons and knowing that deep down inside you’ll never be able to cut it. At least not in terms of looks. Hopefully she develops as an actress and makes a name for herself. Otherwise, her self-esteem is really going to take a blow.
