Tara Reid definitely doesn't look to be in a healthy spot, but what does it say about those who photograph, exploit, and rip the s*** out of her. I saw a comment that someone wouldn't leave their house if they had her ass? That's rough. I say 'who cares', leave the house, be comfortable with yourself regardless. Humanism not fascism.
