We know Pam has Hep C, but let’s face it, she probably has a million other diseases, too. Half of which the CDC probably hasn’t even identified and named yet. They just keep mutating. I bet you when water touches her clam it activates the strain and boils surface, much like they did to Gizmo in “Gremlins.” This performance was probably scheduled for weeks before, but she had to reschedule until the boils subsided so they wouldn’t hang out her bathing suit, squirting their boil juice on audience members when ruptured.
