Who The Hell is Kaki West?

I’ve been staring at these photos most of the morning trying to figure out who Kaki West is.  From the looks of her giant tits, she’s someone I need to know, but her face is fucking everything up for me.  The best conclusion I can come up with is that she’s somehow related to Heidi Montag.

I’m guessing this skank is Heidi’s older sister or possibly her mother.  In the case that these two are totally unrelated, I guess it would be ok for me to ask them both to star in a mother-daughter porno called Hop on Pop.  And no, Spencer Pratt does not get to be Pop.
