Marijuana might not make you suck a dealer’s dirty cannoli for the drug, but in the case of Matthew McConaughey it will make you do things equally as dirty.

During a recent interview with CNN’s House Call with Dr. Sanjay Gupta*, McConaughey revealed he saved the placenta from baby Levi’s birth.  The out-of-the-closet stoner shared his plan to use the placent to fertilize plants.

“It’s going to be in the orchards and it’s going to bear some wonderful fruit,” he said.

“When I was in Australia, they had a placenta tree that was on the river . . . and all the placentas of all that tribe, all that clan, whatever aboriginal tribe that was, all the placentas went under that one tree and it was this huge behemoth of just health and strength.

“This tree was just growing taller and stronger above the rest of Mother Nature around it. It was gorgeous.”

A placenta fruit tree. Yum.

Let’s be real here, Matthew isn’t going to use the placenta for gardening.  He’s going to use the maroon colored substance as bong water.

*In related news, last week I saw Dr. Sanjay Gupta at Atlanta’s infamous PBR joint Moe’s and Joe’s drinking beer with three other suits.  Unfortunately he was drinking Hoegaarden beer, not PBR.  It would have been pretty sweet if he drank PBR instead.
