EXCLUSIVE: F-Listed Q&A w/ Christina DeRosa

Italian-Latina actress Christina DeRosa isn’t a household name, but she’s getting there.  A graduate of UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television, Christina has appeared in HBO’s hit show Entourage, as well as Reno 911 and Everybody Hates Chris.

A former Babe of the Month for Playboy Magazine, this sexy actress is also a spokesmodel for “Shoes for the Stars.”  She also played a schoolgirl in “Run! Bitch Run!,” which sadly did not include any lesbian scissoring scenes.  A shame in deed.

Christina DeRosa was kind enough to let me ask her a few Q&As regarding the new HBO series she is currently filming, whether the bisexual sex pot watches porn, and whether or not she’d rather suck face with Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie.

I meant to ask her whether or not Jeremy Piven tried getting in her panties, but we don’t really need her to answer the obvious.  That man craves vagina more than a horny teenager.

You are currently shooting a new TV series. Can you tell us a little bit about the show and what it is all about?
HBO’s Zane’s Sex Chronicles is a ground breaking new TV series dealing with female sexual empowerment. Although, the show is written for both sexes, we already know that men are going to tune into any show with the word “sex” in the title. Zane, best selling novelist and writer of the show, did not want the TV series that bears her name to be about sexual exploitation. Like her books, “Zane’s Sex Chronicles” is about empowerment and liberation; both in and out of the bedroom. It is about realizing that women are not missionaries for the pleasure of men. Women are their equals.

What other projects do you have planned for 2008?
My 2008 focus will be in choosing feature film projects that will demonstrate my full acting range, from comedy to drama and limiting my well-known sensual acting range. It is time for the world to see Christina DeRosa acting with all her clothes on. I want to be recognized as the new Millennium Sofia Loren and Anna Managniani but still I am proud and honored of all the projects that I have done thus far that allowed me to grow as an actress. I am currently negotiating for two international feature films that will allow me to go to exotic countries to shoot.

You’ve done everything from film, to television, singing, and modeling. Ultimately, what is it you dream of becoming?
I have been blessed, my dream has come true, I am a working actress, model, and singer who is doing exactly what she wants, and I can only hope that I can infuse to any young person who wants to undertake a similar career, the stamina and discipline with my examples so as for them to succeed as I have.

Who have been your biggest influences?
Although I grew up in the eighties and nineties, watching television shows such as Who’s the Boss with Alyssa Milano (with whom, I am often identified as) and movies like Ghost where I fell in love with Demi Moore. I ultimately identified more with I Love Lucy with Lucille Ball (with whom my entire family recognized me for my antics) and films akin to Breakfast at Tiffany’s where I dreamed of being just like Audrey Hepburn.

What was it like playing a singing porn star in the film “Parental Guidance Suggested?” AKA now “Extreme Movie” Did you watch some sexy porn in preparation for the film?
I loved Broadway singing and dancing on a major Hollywood movie set. And, yes, I had to PLAY the part of a Chatsworth, Porn Star. I tried to find porns that had full Broadway musical numbers with no avail so to answer your question I did not watch any porn.

“Extreme Movie” wasn’t the only movie where you had a sexy role. You’re also in a movie called “Group Sex” and played a naughty catholic school girl in “Run! Bitch Run!” What is it about yourself that turns the rest of us on?
There is a significant difference between expressing raw sexuality, as many of my colleagues are easily able to do nowadays, and expressing true sensuality as very few of my colleagues are able to do nowadays. But, many of my icons and actresses with whom I identify myself knew how.

What’s one thing that people would be surprised to know about you?
I’m not vague, I’m just not interested.

With regards to dating, who normally makes the first move — you or him?
Now what do you really think? (See above)

Are you aggressive or timid in the bedroom?
Never aggressive or timid, always forceful or coy.

A hot chick approaches you at a bar and whispers softly into your ear. What is she saying?
As the beautiful feminine trucking company owner gazes at me from across the bar and ever so gently starts approaching me to invite me to a sensual, moist, amorous, Las Vegas, Nevada weekend getaway, I will start a conversation with her. Soon after, she will ask me to please take her as my wife and drive together to Cape Cod, Massachusetts.

As an openly bisexual woman, who would you say can make the flood gates open faster — a man or a woman?
Both sexes have an equal challenge in wooing me over. The hunter will seek its prey with strength and vigor while the gatherer will search the nectar with gentleness and softness.

It wasn’t until after your relationship with your high school sweetheart went sour and you said goodbye to New York that you truly honed in on your sexuality. Tell us, what’s the greatest lesson you’ve learned about love, sex, and relationships?
Love is beautiful, tender, hard, and painful. Sex, there can never be enough. Relationships take cultivating and must be cherished like a beautiful rose.

Who would you rather –Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie?
When in Italy, because of my heritage, I had to have a prosciutto panino. And although, I don’t eat meat, I simply love the flavor of the two pieces of bread soaked by the moist salty prosciutto. I want to be the prosciutto between Angelina bread slice and Brad bread slice panino.

What’s your definition of promiscuity?
Having casual sexual relations frequently with different partners; indiscriminate in the choice of sexual partners.

Casual flings aside, what is it you look for in a partner?
A Best Friend.

What are your thoughts on marriage?
Do it, do it for love, do it for support, do it to complete yourself but most important, do it forever.

In the past you said you “get high of sex.” Does that mean you’re a member of S.A.A. (Sex Addicts Anonymous)?
No, I don’t do Sex, I do Love!

What’s your definition of a sex addict?
The behavior of sex addicts is comparable to behavior of alcoholics and drug addicts, where sex functions like a drug. I don’t do drugs, life is my drug.
