Fashion Victim or Fashionista? Rachel Bilson

Rachel Bilson and her mom were photographed at Gelson’s Market yesterday, where the 26-year-old starlet was seen wearing a mess of an outfit so far as I’m concerned.

Wearing a black leather jacket, a grey hoodie, a patterned babydoll top, with a white skirt, sheet black stocking and shiny black shoes, Rachel seemingly hid beneath layers and layers of fabric.

Now, I’m all for one just throwing shit on the way out of the house to run errands, but this outfit she’s got on is way to busy looking. What’s wrong with just a basic tee and jeans?
