Page Six reports Lindsay Lohan’s younger sister Ali was seen driving around her Long Island neighborhood in a golf cart with friends. Ali Lohan has been keeping a low profile in staying at her mom “White Oprah’s” place in Merrick. Unless Ali is doing blow off her sister’s rack, who freaking cares?
