Will Nicole Richie Be Going to Jail?

In other DUI-related news, today the world will finally learn whether or not Nicole Richie is pregnant. She will be appearing before the Court Commissioner to plea either guilty or no contest to her first ever second DUI conviction. Sources say Richie will receive five days in jail. Unless, of course, she’s preggers. Hmmm, maybe Lindsay should follow through with the same tactic and find someone to donate their seed to her. I doubt Calum Best will object, except he’ll probably want it all over her face.
