Paris Hilton‘s 18-year-old brother Barron Hilton was arrested at 8:30 this morning for a DUI.

He blew .14, twice the legal limit.

Barron, who was also charged with carrying a false license, is currently being held on $5,000 bail in Malibu.

His father Rick Hilton said of the situation,

“I haven’t been contacted yet by either my son or the police. If what I have heard is true, it is very disturbing and I will have a lot to say — but it will be to my son, not the media.”

I’ll bet you ten bucks and a facial he doesn’t even get a slap on the wrist.
