It’s Lindsay, No Lohan

Following in the grand tradition of Madonna, Cher and Charo, Lindsay Lohan is apparently dropping her infamous last name and will now be referred to as Lindsay. Will that make her any less of a trainwreck? Not a chance. Find out more after the jump.

According to Lindsay’s mother:

“Lindsay is dropping the Lohan and just going by Lindsay. Plus, me and [younger daughter] Ali will be officially changing our last names back to my maiden name, Sullivan.”

Well, it’s nice to see Lindsay is concentrating on the important things in life. Rather than dealing with possible jail time, a career that’s falling apart or any number of other problems she has, she’s focusing on what people will call her going forward. Way to be Lindsay, way to be.
