Katy Perry is normally a 10 on our hot list, but the EMA awards seemed to bring out the ugly in everybody. A word to Katy: Whatever you were thinking with this outfit, please don’t ever entertain that thought again. Bring back the latex dresses, in-your-face boobage and all the things we know and love you for. Is that too much to ask?
