The Black Widow Inhales 181 Chicken Wings

I don’t know how you even begin to describe the epicness of Sonya Thomas, aka the Black Widow of eating contests. This chick managed to inhale 181 chicken wings in 12 minutes at the ninth annual National Buffalo Wing Festival in New York city over the weekend. The 5-foot tall Black Widow defeated eating champ Joey Chesnut at the competition on Sunday by 12 wings. It was the first time the two had squared off against each other, though it certainly wasn’t Sonya’s first time at the contest. Back in 2005, she set the wings record with 174 in 12 minutes.

I’m not going to lie, in some strange way Sonya’s ridiculous eating ability is actually sort of hot…in a really gross way.
