That would be the lovely, though typically quiet Molly Sims. Molly is far from impressed by the manufactured boobs on Heidi and she wasn’t afraid to say it:

“I think Heidi Montag is a really sick girl, something is off. You don’t get F-size boobs. And I’m not judging her. I feel sorry for her.”

Whoa, that sounds a little judgmental Molly, not that we don’t agree with you. Heidi’s attention whore ways, regardless of her ample bosom, are a complete turnoff. Plus, that chick is just certifiably nuts.
